Climbing the stairs to living area, you’ll find the open kitchen/dining room awash with light. The room opens out onto the second deck, which has more outdoor seating for eating meals or watching the stars at night.
The glass dining table inside has room for five, with seating for four more at the kitchen island. The kitchen is very roomy, with space enough for several cooks to work at once. With lots of counter space and natural light, its perfect for making family dinners or small gatherings.

You’ll find a cozy living room and eating area, situated at the very top of the house like a lighthouse. With panoramic island views and lots of privacy, you’ll feel like you’re in your own little tower. Sit back and watch movies in the evening or eat snacks at the raised table.

When you step into the house, you’ll find two bedrooms and a shared bath on the first floor. The queen bedroom is a cozy yellow, with dramatic curtains behind the bedframe, and twin lamps on either side of the bed casting a cheerful glow. Next door is the guest bedroom, which boasts a pair of full beds.

When you reach the house, take either the stairs or the elevator up to the first level to enter the house. If you take the stairs, be sure to peek around the corner at the outdoor shower, with its intricate wooden octopus door handle. Just beyond the shower is a hammock overlooking a small clearing in the trees, perfect for a nap after a trip to the beach.
On the upper deck, you’ll feel like you’re in a tree house with a bird’s eye view of the forest. Eat outside at one of the three small tables, or sit back and listen to the crickets chirping on a hot southern night.
If you’re heading to the beach, it’s only a short walk away! The neighborhood has its own beach access on the other side of South Shore Drive, marked Fairytale Lane—just a few minutes’ walk, even with little ones in tow.
