Pet Rider - EXHIBIT B

Addendum thereto for the purposes of Landlord allowing the Tenant to have the Tenant’s Pet occupy the Premises during the Term as provided for in the Rental Agreement. In exchange for Landlord allowing Tenant to have Tenant’s pet occupy the Premise the Tenant agrees as follows:

PET RULES FOR STARFISH RENTALS AND REALTY

We are delighted that you could bring you pet to the beach with you on vacation! Not all of our homes are pet friendly so this is a real treat! With that being said, there are some things that we do require of vacationers who bring their pets.

We know some dogs just have to be with you on the beach. Please do bathe them to keep the sand and salt out of the house. And, do dry them before allowing them to enter the house after being wet.

Please be sure to keep your pet off the furniture and off of all bedspreads. If you come to the beach and know your pet will be accessing the beds and the furniture, please go to great pains to be sure you cover the furnishings and the bedspreads so that the dog hairs do not stay behind after you leave. The cleaners will charge extra to wash and remove pet hairs.

There are leash laws on the island. Tenant agrees to check out the pet laws and regulations as governed by each township before arrival and agrees to adhere to those laws and regulations.

Please be sure to scoop your pets poop! We have a wonderful environment that we are happy to share with everyone but it takes effort to keep it this way. Tenant is responsible for insuring that Tenant’s dog(s) do not have any flea infestation during the occupancy.

Tenant is responsible for all damages to the Premises that may be created by Tenant’s dog(s).

Tenant agrees that if said dog causes damage to the Premises, and/or causes the need for additional cleaning services over and beyond the standard cleaning services, then such costs for damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit. If the costs of such damages are greater than the amount of the Security Deposit, then Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for the costs of damages in excess of the amount of the Security Deposit.

As stated in the Rental Agreement, Tenant agrees to pay the sum of below for the Pet Rider as contained herein for said amount of dog(s) occupying the Premises during the Term of the Rental Agreement. No other pets of any kind shall be permitted other than those stated below.
